GYMNOS (The South African Gay Naturist Association)

Gymnos strives to promote, strengthen, and protect naturist values within the gay community and to unite all people of South Africa through education and understanding of the naturist lifestyle. Gymnos promotes and provides clothes-free environments that ensure a safe and wholesome atmosphere where members can get closer to nature, their friends, and themselves. Gymnos is a business member of the South African Naturist Federation (SANFED). GNI Club Liaison’s note: This group is not to be confused with Gymnos of London, United Kingdom, which, unfortunately, shut down on March 31, 2010 after more than 30 years in operation.
