Basic Information
Mixed gender. Meets in private residence Mondays and Wednesdays, 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm. (Sunday mornings may be added later.) No instructor — group works off instructional DVD by Rodney Yee. Bring your own mat and towel; water and shower access provided. $10 donation.
