Combining flow, somatic movement, nervous system regulation, and restorative partner work, this practice invites you to inhabit your body with power, presence, and ease.
This isn’t about performance; it’s about permission. Permission to explore strength and softness, activation and relaxation, self and other. In the safety of a nude men’s space, you’re invited to move, to soften, and to come home to your body.
Open to all men ready to explore the balance of effort and ease through somatic movement and conscious embodiment.
Please bring: water · a small towel · a yoga mat + towel to place on top · a journal (optional) · anything that supports your comfort.
Digital-free zone. Please leave phones, smartwatches, and devices in your bag and silenced. This space is for you — distraction-free, fully present, and grounded.
With pleasure,
Paul Galloro
We invite you to help create a sober space for your practice and your fellow Yogibares by being well hydrated and abstaining from any substances for a minimum of 12 hours before class. For some, that may include high levels of caffeine, sugar, or anything that alters how you show up in a space (that isn’t taken as prescribed). Consider it an experiment in becoming comfortable in your body and with yourself, just as you are. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!
