Rates are applicable to all housing options, including tents, RV’s, and off-site at a hotel. There are no discounts for not staying in a cabin.

What Is Day Rate?
A "Day Rate" is NOT a "Day Pass." GNI does not offer a "Day Pass" of any kind.
For planning purposes, a day runs from 2:00 pm until 11:00 am the following morning any day of the week. If you arrive earlier than 2:00 pm or stay later than 11:00 am, you will be charged for an additional day, regardless of how long you stay.
There is no proration of fees for staying less than the time allotted. You can customize an attendance option by choosing the closest pre-packaged option (above) and adding day(s) until you create the schedule you want to attend.
You might find that upgrading to the pre-packaged option will work to your benefit financially rather than adding the day rate for each day. We encourage you to do the math. The Day Rate option on the registration form will not be available until mid-June.
Food & Meals
All meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are all you can eat, from American to Asian to Italian and Mexican cuisine, with a menu for all tastes in between. Unlimited salad bars, vegetarian, and gluten-free selections, too.
Full Accommodations
Accommodations inlacing cabin accommodation provided with beds, bathrooms, and showers. RV and tenting is available too. (An optional linen rental package is available). Please see our Accommodations for more information.

Enjoy free admission to all entertainment and evening social events that include stage shows, performances, movie nights, contests, workshops, sing-a-longs, and our ever popular naked dance club.

Show your price and creativity at our iconic themed social hour parties. No clothing is required, but you'll find plenty of creative costumes that showcase the theme at these popular events. Enjoy friends with snacks, beer, and wine in the afternoon.

Receive Up to a $50 Referral Rebate
If you’ve already attended The Gathering, you can earn up to a $50 rebate for every first-time attendee you refer!
To qualify:
- Both you and your buddies or guest(s) must register, pay for, and attend The Gathering.
- Be sure to let us know who referred whom before the gates open on the first day of camp.
- If either party cancels or does not attend, the offer becomes void.
- There is no limit to the number of rebates you can earn!
- Rebates will be issued as a check mailed after The Gathering concludes.
Rebate Amounts:
- $50 rebate for each referral registered under Early Arrival + Full Week or Full Week options
- $20 rebate for each referral registered under a Half Week option
Please note: Rebates are not available for weekend passes or day rates. First-time attendees may not refer other first-timers for a rebate.
